Program Availability & Conditions

The Pre-school Exchange Program is not an ongoing service and is dependent on the participation of partner schools. Bookings are subject to the availability of a confirmed program and participating educational institutions. East West Holidays reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled program if minimum enrollment numbers are not met or if a participating school withdraws. In such a case, a full refund of all payments received will be provided.
